We move fast, tackle high-stakes problems, and build solutions that change the way the entire organization operates.</p> <p>As Tech Innovation Strategist, you won’t just work on projects driving incremental efficiencies via AI in the company—you’ll be expected to:</p> <ol> <li>Conceptualize and drive transformative ideas within existing processes and whitespaces that have the potential to shape how Coursera works.</li> <li>Move with high velocity, showing strong bias for action, clarity in ambiguity, and an internal drive to make an outsized impact.<br><br></li> </ol> <p>You’ll work with stakeholders across every function—from Enterprise Business, Content and Credentials, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Services, and Customer Support—to build powerful, scalable AI-led solutions.</p> <h3><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Define Strategy Roadmap:</strong> Own the vision, execution strategy, and success in solving complex, ambiguous problem statements to drive efficiencies.</li> <li><strong>Build AI-Powered Systems:</strong> Envision and integrate emerging technologies—LLMs, agents, RAG, LangChain, vector DBs—to automate and augment Coursera’s workflows.</li> <li><strong>Transformational Thinking:</strong> Deeply understand Coursera’s business units and workflows, challenge the status quo and reinvent with transformational AI-first ideas</li> <li><strong>Cross-functional alignment:</strong> Work with multiple cross-functional teams in Coursera to identify efficiency and growth use-case and ensure alignment across all phases of the project.</li> <li><strong>End-to-End Execution:</strong> Write crisp produ ...
