As Manager, Customer Advocacy, you will play a pivotal role in extending Tanium’s market leadership by </span><span data-contrast="none">integrating and merchandising</span><span data-contrast="auto"> customer success stories through innovative advocacy initiatives </span><span data-contrast="none">that span global business units and teams</span><span data-contrast="auto">. Your mission is to strengthen strong advocate relationships, </span><span data-contrast="none">oversee and influence timely</span><span data-contrast="auto"> customer evidence, and inspire participation in programs that deepen engagement and accelerate growth.</span> <span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">In this highly cross-functional role, you’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, </span><span data-contrast="none">Partner Development, Engineering, Product Management, </span><span data-contrast="auto">and executive leadership </span><span data-contrast="none">to land and establish advocacy programs that will include an annual calendar of artifacts, webinars, keynotes, and appreciation events.</span><span data-contrast="auto"> You’ll execute a robust advocacy framework that supports reference needs, strengthens </span><span data-contrast="none">Tanium's ability to scale growth and meet/exceed revenue objectives.</span><span data-contrast="auto"> You’ll </span><span data-contrast="none">influence and project manage projects that include the Tanium customer evidence referral program, the Tanium customer success web property, managing timelines and reviews the production of customer videos, success stories, webinars, panel discussions, social media merchandising, and co-advocacy activities with major partners. Direct customer interactions will be expected to be thoughtful, relaxed, white glove experiences at every interaction - even when things may be busy behind the scenes.</span><span data-contrast="auto"> </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span style="font-weight: 400;"><strong><em>This position follows the Company’s hybrid schedule which currently requires employees to work in the office at one of the following locations a minimum of <span style="text-decoration: underline;">three</span> days per week: Addison, TX; Bellevue, WA; Durham, NC; Emeryville, CA; or Reston, VA.</em></strong></span></p>
<p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p>

<li><span data-contrast="none">Own and manage key elements of the customer reference program in partnership with senior leadership, orchestrating collaborative efforts across departments to ensure seamless customer engagement and advocacy.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134245417":false,"201341983":0,"335559738":4,"335559740":247}"> </span></li>
