You will focus on execution, tooling support, reporting, documentation, and workflow upkeep across the Legal department.</p> <p>You will partner closely with Legal and business stakeholders to support intake, maintain tools, troubleshoot issues, and track operational improvements. This is an individual contributor role focused on support and execution rather than ownership of strategy or tooling architecture.</p> <p>The Legal Operations team supports how Legal work gets done at Instacart. The team builds and maintains workflows, tools, and processes that support contracting, intake, reporting, and day-to-day Legal operations as the business scales.</p> <p>Legal Operations partners closely with Legal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, consistency, and visibility across Legal work. The team emphasizes practical execution, clear documentation, and continuous improvement.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>About the Job </strong></p> <ul> <li>Intake and workflow support</li> <ul> <li>Support Legal team intake and ad hoc workflows across a range of legal requests.</li> <li>Ensure requests are submitted correctly, routed appropriately, and progressing through systems as expected.</li> <li>Provide day-to-day support for intake questions, workflow issues, and process clarifications.</li> <li>Identify recurring intake or workflow issues and surface improvement opportunities.</li> </ul> <li>CLM and legal tooling support</li> <ul> <li>Support the day-to-day operation of the CLM platform, with Ironclad experience preferred.</li> <li>Troubleshoot workflow issues related to intake, routing, approvals, execution, and post-signature handling.</li> <li>Support testing and validation of workflow updates and tool changes.</li> <li>Handle CLM administration tasks including user access, templates, metadata updates, and reporting.</li> <li>Support other Legal team tools through basic administration, documentation, and user support.</li> </ul> <li>Data, reporting, and tracking</li> <ul> <li>Pull data and reports from Legal tools and systems to support operational visibility.</li> <li>Maintain trackers and dashboards to monitor workflow volume, turnaround times, and issue trends.</li> <li>Support analysis of workflow performance and help track the impact of process improvements.</li> <li ...
