You will focus on process execution, data analyst, tooling implementation and support, reporting, documentation, and workflow upkeep across the Risk and Compliance teams.</p> <p>This role sits within Risk and Compliance in the Legal organization. You will partner closely with Legal and business stakeholders to collect and analyze data, write queries to highlight key metrics, build workflows, create and maintain tools, troubleshoot issues, and track operational improvements. This is an individual contributor role focused on support and execution rather than ownership of strategy or tooling architecture.</p> <p>This role sits within the Risk Compliance team and operates as a force-multiplier for the team: you’ll connect data to on-the-ground compliance execution, ensuring that requirements are monitored, evaluated and actioned. This is an individual contributor role, while you won’t have direct reports, but you’ll support complex, multi-org programs and influence senior stakeholders across the company.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>About the Job </strong></p> <p>Support compliance program execution</p> <ul> <li>Support Legal team Risk Compliance and ad hoc workflows across a range of legal requests.</li> <li>Provide day-to-day support for intake questions, workflow issues, and process clarifications.</li> <li>Develop dashboards and trackers to quantify and monitor organizational compliance.</li> <li>Build out trackers and dashboards to monitor key areas and issue trends.</li> <li>Support analysis of compliance program performance and help track the impact of process improvements.</li> <li>Ensure data quality and consistency across reports and trackers.</li> </ul> <p>Maintain compliance data and tracking systems</p> <ul> <li>Own data hygiene and accuracy across compliance tracking tools (Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, internal databases).</li> <li>Create and Build compliance dashboards, status trackers, and reporting systems with current information on program health, certification status, and regulatory obligations.</li> <li>Conduct regular data audits to identify and correct inconsistencies, missing information, or outdated records.</li> <li>Create and maintain organized repositories of compliance documentation, ensuring easy retrieval and versio ...
