We are committed to innovation and excellence, and we are looking for talented individuals to join our Go-to-Market Operations team.</p> <p><strong>Position Overview:</strong> We are seeking a Sales Operations Analyst responsible for supporting and driving the strategic allocation of sales resources to maximize revenue growth and operational efficiency at Braze. In this role, you will leverage advanced tools (including Salesforce and Fullcast) and data-driven insights to design, optimize, and maintain global sales territories that align with Braze’s go-to-market strategy and ideal customer profile.</p> <p>This role will also support capacity planning and quota-setting initiatives, ensuring that sales teams are resourced appropriately and positioned for success. By collaborating with regional sales leadership and cross-functional partners, you will help build frameworks for equitable account distribution, support accurate forecasting, and provide actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Leverage Fullcast and other GTM tools to design, launch, and optimize sales territories, ensuring equitable allocation of accounts that align with Braze’s ideal customer profile and drive revenue growth</li> <li>Partner closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams, including Business Development, Regional Sales Operations, Commissions, and Finance, to develop and maintain frameworks for territory planning, account assignment, quota setting and resource allocation</li> <li>Maintain and update Sales Rules of Engagement (RoE) and other sales process documentation, ensuring alignment with organizational policies, sales strategies, and territory models</li> <li>Analyze sales data, territory performance, and other metrics to identify high-propensity accounts, uncover discrepancies, support accurate forecasting, and provide actionable insights</li> <li>Support the implementation and continuous improvement of sales processes, tools, and systems (including Fullcast), enhancing operational efficiency and data integrity</li> <li>Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and offboarding for Sales team members from a Sales Operations perspective, including provisioning access to sales tools, setting up and updating user roles in CRM, managing quota and territory assignments, and ensuring alignment with HR, IT, Finance and Sales leadership</li> <li>Ensure the accuracy and completeness of CRM account data and territory assignments, proactively identifying and addressing data quality issues</li> <li>Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales performance and territory effectiveness</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualificati ...
