If Braze sounds like a place where you can thrive, we can’t wait to meet you.</p></div><p><strong>WHAT YOU'LL DO</strong></p> <p>As a software Engineer on Braze’s AI Customer Interface team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our AI decisioning solutions. You will work on high-impact initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and excellence in our product offerings.</p> <p>Your responsibilities will include:</p> <ul> <li>Supporting Braze’s self-serve AI Decisioning product built in Vue.js and TypeScript</li> <li>Rebuilding the Vue.js application in React, and integrating it with other customer engagement platform APIs</li> <li>Building new interfaces that provide insights into the performance and behavior of AI decisioning agents</li> <li>Building new experiences that allow users to customize their own AI Decisioning-powered marketing campaigns</li> </ul> <p><strong>WHO YOU ARE</strong></p> <ul> <li>Have 3+ years of relevant experience</li> <li>Are skilled at working in modern frontend languages and frameworks (TypeScript, React, Vue, Angular, etc)</li> <li>Comfortable contributing to backend development and integrating frontend applications with server-side APIs</li> <li>Have significant experience with frontend testing frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Playwright)</li> <li>Have a user-centric attitude and care deeply about UX</li> <li>Pride yourself on writing elegant, maintainable code</li> <li>Are comfortable working in a large frontend codebase with many stakeholders</li> <li>Strongly preferred: <ul> <li>Experience developing user experiences for machine learning and data-intensive applications</li> <li>Experience with Ruby on Rails and/or Node.js</li> <li>Familiarity with reinforcement learning concepts and applications</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p>#LI-Hybrid</p><div class="content-conclusion"><div class="p-rich_text_section"> <p><strong>WHAT WE OFFER<br></strong></p> <p><em>Braze benefits vary by location, and we encourage you to review our specific benefits offerings for each country </em><a href="https://www.braze.com/company/careers/how-we-hire#benefit-section"><em>here</em></a><em>.
