In this role, you will not only support our local team but also collaborate with colleagues across Braze to drive global workplace operations initiatives.</p> <p>As our San Francisco office expands, we’re looking for builders—resourceful, hands-on individuals who thrive in ambiguity and can create structure where needed. This position sits within the People Team and reports to the Workplace Experience Regional Manager for AMER.</p> <p>Braze is a fast-paced, rapidly growing company, and we need a self-starter who exercises sound judgment, takes initiative, and proactively enhances the employee experience. You’ll maintain a strong pulse on the needs of our San Francisco employees and be adaptable to evolving global conditions and workplace dynamics. <strong>This role will be required to be in-office 5 days per week. </strong></p> <p><strong>WHAT YOU’LL DO</strong></p> <ul> <li>Oversee workplace site operations, managing various programs (e.g., food, snacks, mail, and packages) to deliver a seamless day-to-day employee experience.</li> <li>Serve as the primary point of contact for local receptionist, who covers all reception needs, greeting visitors with professionalism and ensuring prompt notification to their hosts.</li> <li>Maintain a welcoming and well-organized reception area, creating a positive first impression for employees, clients, partners, vendors, and guests.</li> <li>Deliver exceptional customer service to all who enter the San Francisco office, upholding Braze’s high standards of hospitality.</li> <li>Monitor and respond to workplace service tickets, maintaining a customer-focused mindset to ensure top-tier service for San Francisco employees.</li> <li>Oversee desk management, collaborating with the Workplace Experience team to support hybrid working arrangements.</li> <li>Lead the new hire onboarding experience locally by facilitating in-person orientation, delivering engaging office tours, and fostering meaningful local connections.</li> <li>Collaborate on the development and implementation of workplace initiatives, policies, processes, and tools, including strategies related to hybrid work.</li> <li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key business partners (e.g., IT, Finance, Employee Experience), acting as a trusted advisor on workplace matters.</li> <li>Engage proactively with leadership and employees, leveraging data to understand and support the evolving needs of the San Francisco team.</li> <li>Manage vendor relationships, schedule repairs, and ensure partnerships with best-in-class suppliers, with a focus on diversity and inclusion.</li> <li>Serve as the primary liaison with ...
