They will lead and manage all aspects of the partnership, including recruitment, product enablement, marketing sponsorships (in collaboration with our marketing team), and helping shepherd portfolio companies through our sales cycle with sales and account management teams. </p> <p>You will have experience in driving new business and adoption through private equity firms. You will be someone with a growth mindset and a positive attitude who sees challenges as opportunities and has the ability to motivate and lead by example.</p> <h2><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>Who will love this job</strong></span></h2> <ul> <li><strong>A business developer</strong> - An excellent communicator and relationship builder with strong business acumen. Experienced with business development practices that result in revenue, including partner recruitment/pitching and strategic partner account management. </li> <li><strong>A collaborator </strong>- Demonstrated experience working with Sales, Account Management, and Marketing teams. You have a strong understanding of co-marketing activities and a track record of collaborating with marketers to drive leads and enhance brand visibility through channel partners.</li> <li><strong>A results-driven individual </strong>- Focused on achieving measurable outcomes and surpassing targets. </li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>What you’ll do</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Own strategic private equity partnerships</li> <li>Build strong relationships with PE partners to strengthen the mutual value of the partnership and drive partner-sourced revenue</li> <li>Identify partner marketing opportunities and work closely with Marketing to ensure successful execution and results </li> <li>Plan, coordinate, and execute presentations to inform, persuade, educate, and ultimately source referrals from the partner</li> <li>Understand the Greenhouse platform and be prepared to answer questions to help partners identify referral opportunities from their portfolio</li> <li>Drive urgency within partners, working closely through sales cycles from targeting accounts for pipeline generation to influencing customer renewals </li> <li>Travel occasionally to industry conferences and partner meetings</li> <li>Additional projects and responsibilities as business needs require</li> </ul> <h2><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><strong>You should have</strong></span></h2> <ul> <li>Experience building and/or managing a private equity partner channel</li> <li>Demonstrated experience managing partner relationships within SaaS technology partners resulting in measured partner-sourced revenue </li> <li>Experience working with mid-market and/or enterprise partners, customer-facing teams (sales, sales engineering, customer success), and customers </li> <li>Experience successfully influencing stakeholders of varied levels and motivations within partner organizations </li> <li>Experience executing partner marketing initiatives in collaboration with Marketing</li> <li>Your own unique talents!
