This role is ideal for someone who </span><span style="font-size: 14px;">thrives on ownership, enjoys partnering across teams, and is excited to </span><span style="font-size: 14px;">modernize and scale tax processes through technology. You’ll play a visible, </span><span style="font-size: 14px;">hands-on role in income tax accounting, consolidated income tax compliance, </span><span style="font-size: 14px;">and advancing the use of technology to improve efficiency and scalability. The </span><span style="font-size: 14px;">ideal candidate brings strong public company experience, deep ASC 740 </span><span style="font-size: 14px;">knowledge, and a mindset focused on automation and continuous improvement.</span><br></span></p> <p><span style="color: #000000;"><strong><span style="font-size: 14px;">What You’ll Do</span></strong></span></p> <ul> <li> <p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Prepare quarterly and annual global tax provision, including effective tax </span><span style="font-size: 14px;">rate and tax reserve analysis, and financial statement disclosures in </span><span style="font-size: 14px;">accordance with ASC 740, US GAAP or other guidance</span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Analyze and clearly communicate permanent and temporary differences, </span><span style="font-size: 14px;">valuation allowances, uncertain tax positions, and effective tax rate drivers</span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Prepare and support tax-related financial statement disclosures and </span><span style="font-size: 14px;">footnotes</span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Partner proactively with internal stakeholders, including finance, </span><span style="font-size: 14px;">accounting, and legal teams, to gather necessary financial data and ensure </span><span style="font-size: 14px;">accurate tax reporting</span></span></p> </li> <li><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Manage and/or review U.S. federal and state consolidated income tax </span><span style="font-size: 14px;">returns</span></span> <ul> <li><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Coordinate with external advisors on return preparation, audits, and tax</span><br><span style="font-size: 14px;">notices</span></span></li> </ul> </li> <li> <p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">Oversee extensions, estimated tax payments, and compliance deliverables< ...
