This role is responsible for content creation, community engagement, social campaigns, analytics reporting, and brand growth. The ideal candidate is highly organized, trend-aware, and passionate about digital storytelling. You will be an instrumental part of our marketing communications team, reporting to the Director of Corporate Communication. </p>
<h3><strong>Key Qualifications</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or related field</li>
<li>3–5 years of experience managing social media accounts (brand experience preferred; agency experience also considered)</li>
<li>Content creation experience demonstrated with examples of content that you produced for your own accounts or other branded channels </li>
<li>Proven success creating and executing strategic content calendars</li>
<li>Strong background in community management, audience engagement, and crisis management</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to grow followers and increase engagement rates</li>
<li>Excellent written and visual communication skills</li>
<li>Highly creative and trend-aware, especially with social video formats</li>
<li>Experience with data analysis, performance tracking, and reporting</li>
<li>Strategic thinker with the ability to align social efforts to broader business goals</li>
<li>Experience developing and maintaining a consistent brand voice</li>
<li>Strong time management, organization, collaboration, and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Adaptable team player with close attention to detail</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Lead and manage AppLovin’s primary social channels: LinkedIn, Instagram, and X</li>
<li>Plan, create, and publish organic content; monitor performance and measure engagement</li>
<li>Respond to community interactions as appropriate</li>
<li>Present AppLovin’s brands and products through both planned and real-time content</li>
<li>Develop creative video concepts and produce content, including filming and editing</li>
<li>Stay current with social and video trends and translate them into content that aligns with business goals</li>
<li>Brainstorm and support social campaigns and growth opportunities</li>
<li>Research trends and collaborate on campaign strategy, launch, monitoring, and reporting</li>
<li>Capture and produce content for in-office initiatives and employee experiences</li>
<li>Track and analyze performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and Hootsuite</li>
<li>Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent brand messaging</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned</li>
