And we’re here to build it together.</p> <p>We are seeking an experienced and highly self-sufficient <strong>Senior IT Support Specialist, EMEA</strong> to serve as our dedicated IT presence across the EMEA region. This role is hands-on and execution-focused: as a key member of the global IT Operations team, you will independently manage day-to-day IT support for EMEA-based employees and serve as the primary support contact during regional business hours, collaborating across IT functions to ensure consistent and aligned service delivery.</p> <p>In this capacity, you will operate with a high degree of autonomy, exercising strong judgment and professionalism when managing incidents and escalations. While complex or high-impact issues are escalated to IT leadership as appropriate, you will be trusted to confidently own and resolve the majority of regional support needs without direct oversight.</p> <h1><strong>About the role:</strong></h1> <ul> <li>Location: London, UK (Hybrid)</li> <ul> <li>1-2 days in office per week</li> </ul> <li>Full-time</li> <li>Permanent</li> <li>The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in the United Kingdom. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals. </p> <ul> <li>Reporting to the Senior Manager, IT Operations</li> </ul> <p>As our <strong>Senior IT Support Specialist</strong>, <strong>EMEA</strong> you’ll…</p> <ul> <li>Serve as the dedicated IT support resource for the EMEA region, ensuring a reliable and high-quality support experience for regional employees.</li> <li>Provide Tier 1–3 technical support for hardware, software, networking, and SaaS tools, prioritizing EMEA while contributing to global support coverage.</li> <li>Independently manage incidents, requests, and escalations during EMEA business hours, using sound judgment to determine when to involve IT leadership.</li> <li>Support regional go-to-market and business teams by ensuring their technology environment is stable, secure, and efficient.</li> <li>Manage the full employee technology lifecycle for EMEA users, including onboarding, offboarding, access management, and asset tracking.</li> <li>Administer and troubleshoot core collaboration and enterprise platforms (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Atlassian, Okta, etc.).</li> <li>Provision and maintain Mac endpoints using Jamf, ensuring compliance with company security standards.</li> <li>Provide in-person IT support for the London office, including maintenance of office A/V equipment.</li> <li>Lead and contribute to scoped IT Operations projects and continuous improvement initiatives in partnership with the broader team.</li> <li>Maintain clear documentation and knowledge base articles to support operational consistency.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h1><strong>About you:</strong></h1> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of progressive IT Support experience, including handling complex t ...
