<h4><strong>Why Enterprise Account Executive</strong></h4>
<p>AI is reshaping how enterprises think about customer experience, and most of them don't fully understand what that means yet. That's the opportunity. You're not just selling software; you're showing companies what's possible when intelligence gets layered on top of every customer conversation they'll ever have.</p>
<p>Sendbird is at an inflection point. We've spent a decade earning trust with 4,000+ enterprise brands. Now we're bringing them into the AI era with delight.ai. We need sellers who can challenge the way customers think, open doors that don't exist yet, and close deals that matter.</p>
<h4><strong>The Role</strong></h4>
<p>You'll own the full enterprise sales cycle, from self-sourced outbound to closed-won in a high-intensity, high-reward environment targeting accounts in the Central and West Coast markets. This role is for someone who thrives with ownership, moves fast, and knows how to make a complex sale feel inevitable.</p>
<h4><strong>You might be this person if:</strong></h4>

<li>You don't wait for leads, you build your own pipeline and take pride in it.</li>
<li>You can walk into a room of skeptical enterprise stakeholders and leave them seeing a problem they didn't know they had.</li>
<li>You're as comfortable talking to a developer about API infrastructure as you are with a CFO about ROI.</li>
<li>Multi-threaded enterprise deals energize you rather than slow you down.</li>
<li>You obsess over your pipeline. 3x isn't enough, you want 5x, and you know exactly what's in it at any given moment.</li>
<li>You've closed high six- and seven-figure deals and can speak to exactly how you did it</li>
<li>You bring energy and humor without sacrificing precision.</li>
<li>You’re as invested in the team’s success as your own. You debrief losses out loud, share what’s working, and actively make the people around you better. You know how to read a room.</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>You need to have:</strong></h4>
