<p>Veriff is looking for a Campaign Operations Orchestration Manager to own the operating system behind our go-to-market campaigns. This role sits at the center of Revenue Marketing, ensuring campaigns are set up correctly, tracked consistently, and reported clearly across teams.</p>
<p>You’ll work closely with Campaigns, Demand Generation, Lifecycle, Field Marketing, and Sales to make sure campaigns run smoothly end-to-end, from planning and execution through performance reporting and optimization.</p>
<p>This is a highly cross-functional role for someone who enjoys bringing structure, clarity, and scalability to complex marketing programs.</p>
<h3><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Partner with Marketing Ops on campaign setup and tracking structure, and ensure tooling across marketing systems is equipped to support campaigns</li>
<li>Manage campaign intake, planning support, and execution readiness</li>
<li>Ensure leads and buying signals are handled correctly and routed appropriately</li>
<li>Execute and coordinate cross-functional, one-off campaign email sends</li>
<li>Build and maintain campaign dashboards and reporting that surface performance, pipeline impact, and engagement trends</li>
<li>Partner with Campaign and Lifecycle colleagues to support campaign planning, building, and orchestration</li>
<li>Improve processes, documentation, and repeatability as the campaign engine scales</li>

<h3><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>4–7+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign operations, or revenue operations</li>
<li>Strong understanding of campaign execution, tracking, and reporting in B2B SaaS, including UTM management, marketing attribution, and lifecycle stages</li>
<li>Experience building dashboards and reports in marketing automation, CRM, or BI tools</li>
<li>Experience with ABM and signal-based prospecting platforms (e.g., Common Room, 6sense)</li>
<li>Admin-level expertise working with Hubspot and Salesforce</li>
<li>Highly organized with a process-oriented mindset</li>
<li>Comfortable partnering cross-functionally and managing competing priorities</li>
<li>Data-driven with an eye for detail and operational excellence</li>

<p><strong>Compensation: </strong></p>
<p>The base salary for this role is $70,000 to $85,000 per year. Please note that our salary ranges are based on current market data and the offered compensation may vary based on experience, skills, location, and other factors permitted by law</p>
