We are a force for good, and we want to be the standard for trust online.<br><br>As a FinServ Vertical Manager you will be a Single-Threaded Owner to launch and scale our Financial Services vertical (Neo-banks, FinTechs, Crypto, and Tier-1 Institutions). You will operate as the Mini-CEO of this business unit, taking the vertical from its current state to $50M+ ARR.</p> </div> <div class="p-rich_text_section"> <p data-renderer-start-pos="1682"><strong data-stringify-type="bold">You’ll help us protect honest people online by:</strong></p> <p>Leading the entire performance of the Vertical from defining the offer, to commercial execution to custom improvement on the products:</p> <h3><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Strategic PL Ownership</strong></span></h3> <p>You own the North Star metrics for the FinServ vertical. You aren't just hitting targets; you are deploying resources (Headcount, Marketing, Product, and Engineering) to maximize ROI.</p> <ul> <li>The Roadmap: Define a 3-year strategic vision. Identify the Defensible Moats (regulatory, technical, or commercial) that will make us the infrastructure partner of choice. Make build / buy / partner decision to optimize time to market and ensure we are in the leader position.</li> <li>Resource Allocation: You start with a budget, but you have the license to negotiate for more based on proven, high-velocity ROI.</li> <li>Market Intelligence: Identify gaps in our current product and define the "Vertical Solution" that ensures we don't just "fit" the market—we lead it.</li> <li>Operational Excellence: Ensure best-in class execution within the vertical partnering with functional leaders when need be, define and operate performance review cadence supporting our velocity goals.</li> </ul> <h3><span style="font-size: 10pt;">High-Stakes Commercial Execution</span></h3> <p>You lead the GTM efforts for the vertical, managing a dedicated pod of Account Executives (AEs) and acting as the Executive Point of Contact for our "Whale" accounts.</p> <ul> <li>Whale Hunting: Build and execute a curated "Top 15" target list of strategic players. You establish the account planning and relentlessly pursue the close.</li> <li>Commercial Engineering: You move beyond standard price lists. You design complex commercial models (e.g., Volume-Tiered Pricing, Shared-Risk models, Blended Margins) that align our revenue with client success and create high switching costs through deep value.</li> <li>Product-Led Growth (PLG): Partner with Marketing and Product teams to capture the "Long Tail" and Mid-Market through automated, PLG/Product-Led Sales motions to maximize revenue velocity.</li> </ul> <h3><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Executive Bridge (Product Innovation)</span></h3> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">You are the "Voice of the Vertical," translating market friction into product requirements.</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Signal vs. Noise: You distinguish between a "one-off" customization for a single Whale and "industry-defining signals" that should be built into our core platform.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead a unit of dedicated SEs, Strategic AMs, and Product Liaisons. You break down silos to ensure Sales, Product, and Delivery operate as one high-velocity organism.
