We strive to grow as individuals and teams.</li> </ul> <h4>Job Duties</h4> <ul> <li><strong><strong data-stringify-type="bold">Focused Interventions:</strong> </strong>Your primary role will be to engage patients in time-boxed active interventions, typically lasting 3-6 months. Following this, there may be a maximum follow-up period of 6-9 months</li> <li><strong>Direct Integrative Practice</strong>: Work as an integrative psychiatrist with a multidisciplinary team of therapists, nutritionists, psychiatrists, and nurse practitioners. Manage a focused caseload, delivering high-quality psychiatric care</li> <li><strong>Precision Psychiatry:</strong> Participate in the creation and refinement of an evidence-based precision psychiatry intervention, leveraging technology and data-driven insights</li> <li><strong>Programmatic Approach Development:</strong> Work closely with our clinical, technology, marketing, and operations teams to help develop and implement a unique, programmatic approach to integrative psychiatry</li> </ul> <h4>Requirements:</h4> <ul> <li><strong>Medical Degree (MD) and Medical License: </strong>Active and unrestricted MD license.
