You won’t just manage channels, you’ll design and lead Happl’s growth engine across paid, organic, lifecycle, partnerships, and experimentation. Your focus will be simple: generate predictable, efficient pipelines and turn growth into a repeatable system.You’ll work closely with Sales, Product, RevOps and Leadership to align growth with company-level revenue goals. You’ll define what good looks like, build the playbooks to get there, and ensure every pound we spend drives measurable commercial impact.This is a senior role with real ownership. You’ll shape our growth strategy, build processes from scratch, and play a key role in taking Happl to the next stage.What you’ll be doingOwning Happl’s full-funnel growth strategy, from awareness to revenue, with clear pipeline and ARR targetsLeading paid acquisition across Google, LinkedIn, Meta and emerging channels — while identifying and scaling new growth opportunitiesBuilding and optimising multi-channel growth loops across paid, organic, partnerships, referrals and lifecycleDesigning and executing structured experimentation frameworks across messaging, positioning, creatives, landing pages and offersDriving conversion rate optimisation across the website and key acquisition journeysPartnering with Sales and RevOps to improve lead quality, attribution accuracy, pipeline velocity and revenue forecastingManaging CAC, LTV, payback periods and channel efficiency with a strong commercial lensBuilding clear dashboards and reporting that tie marketing activity directly to pipeline and revenueSupporting new market or product launches with integrated growth strategiesLaying the foundations for a scalable growth function as we hire and expandWhat we’re looking for5+ years in B2B SaaS growth or performance marketing, ideally in high-growth environmentsProven experience driving pipeline and revenue — not just leads or trafficStrong commercial instinct with deep understanding of CAC, LTV, ROAS, payback and revenue efficiencyExperience owning multi-channel growth strategy across paid, lifecycle, CRO and experimentationAdvanced knowledge of paid media platforms and optimisation frameworksConfident using data to make decisions, with strong attribution and analytics experienceExperience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product and RevOps in a revenue-driven organisationComfortable operating in ambiguity and building processes from scratchAmbitious, proactive and motivated by impact, ownership and scaleIf you don’t meet every requirement but feel this role fits your trajectory, we’d still love to hear from you!Why join HapplBe part of building the future of employee benefitsCompetitive base salaryMeaningful equity in a high-growth, early-stage company.
