You’ll sit at the intersection of design, product, and technology, using AI and modern tools to prototype fast, ship often, and continuously raise the bar on quality.You’ll work closely with Product and Engineering to deeply understand customer needs and reimagine how users interact with our platform, while owning everything beyond the product too: website, socials, campaigns, events, and brand moments that make Happl stand out.This is a high-impact, high-ownership role for someone who thrives on challenge, brings bold ideas, moves quickly, and cares deeply about how things are made, not just that they ship.The roleThis is a core, hands-on role at that touches every area of our business.You’ll own how Happl shows up across product, brand, and market. You’ll work in tight partnership with Product and Engineering to shape user experiences end to end, while also leading our wider visual identity across website, socials, campaigns, and events.This is not a narrow design role. It’s a high-ownership position for someone who enjoys context-switching, shipping real work, experimenting with new tools, and setting the creative bar for a fast-scaling company.
