You will support the Senior Web Producer in launching new pages, localising content for global markets, and ensuring our CMS remains organised and SEO-optimised. This role is highly executional, focusing on turning designs into functional, responsive web experiences.</span></p> <h4><strong>Your Impact: </strong></h4> <ul> <li><strong>Web Execution CMS Management:</strong> Build, update, and launch web pages within the CMS, ensuring all content follows brand guidelines and technical best practices.</li> <li><strong>Technical Implementation:</strong> Use design and development tools to make layout adjustments, fix front-end bugs, and ensure 100% responsiveness across mobile and desktop.</li> <li><strong>Global Localisation:</strong> Execute the localisation workflow—uploading translated content, and ensuring regional sites are culturally and technically accurate.</li> <li><strong>SEO Technical Audits:</strong> Run regular site crawls to identify broken links, duplicate content, or crawl errors; implement on-page SEO metadata and fix technical health issues.</li> <li><strong>Site Speed Optimisation:</strong> Optimise image assets and code delivery to improve page load times; monitor performance metrics to ensure a seamless mobile and desktop experience.</li> <li><strong>Project Coordination:</strong> Track tasks across multiple simultaneous projects, ensuring documentation is up to date and stakeholders are informed of status updates.</li> <li><strong>Quality Assurance (QA):</strong> Conduct rigorous testing on new launches to identify bugs, navigation issues, or tracking gaps before they go live.</li> <li>Working cross functionally. </li> </ul> <h4><strong>Who You Are:</strong></h4> <ul> <li><strong>Experience:</strong> 2+ years of experience in a web production, SEO, or junior front-end development role.</li> <li><strong>Technical Skills:</strong> Proven experience working within a CMS and a foundational understanding of content creation and localisation workflows.</li> <li><strong>Portfolio/ Background:</strong> A track record of successfully managing web content updates and a keen eye for detail regarding layout and design consistency.</li> <li>Strong project management skills and ability operating in a high volume and high velocity environment </li> <li><strong>AI experience: </strong>You’ve already experimented with AI in work or personal projects, and you’re excited to dive in and learn fast.
