<p data-start="91" data-end="573">You will be the go-to Talent Partner for our Go-To-Market (GTM) organisation at Gigs. Your mission is to help us scale, while protecting and raising our talent density. That means you have a very high bar and a knack for identifying future stars. You will report to the Head of Talent and work hand in hand with GTM leaders, Product, and cross-functional partners to hire people who make the whole team better.</p>

<h2 data-start="706" data-end="725">What You Will Do</h2>
<ul>
<li data-start="728" data-end="872"><strong data-start="728" data-end="753">Own end-to-end hiring</strong> for GTM roles across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Growth. From first touch to signed offer and smooth handover.</li>
<li data-start="875" data-end="996"><strong data-start="875" data-end="910">Be a talent density bar-raiser.</strong> Set a clear bar, calibrate rigorously, and keep it there.</li>
<li data-start="999" data-end="1117"><strong data-start="999" data-end="1021">Source like a pro.</strong> Map markets globally, create targeted outreach, and convert top performers who are not looking.</li>
<li data-start="1120" data-end="1235"><strong data-start="1120" data-end="1141">Advise with data.</strong> Use funnel metrics, win-loss, and market intel to shape hiring decisions and headcount plans.</li>
<li data-start="1238" data-end="1331"><strong data-start="1238" data-end="1267">Design great experiences.</strong> Clear comms, fast loops, structured interviews, sharp debriefs.</li>
<li data-start="1334" data-end="1445"><strong data-start="1334" data-end="1359">Continuously improve.</strong> Tighten process, sharpen scorecards, tune tools, and level up our employer brand.</li>
</ul>
<h2 data-start="1447" data-end="1473">What We Are Looking For</h2>
<ul>
<li data-start="1476" data-end="1600"><strong data-start="1476" data-end="1519">Staff-level recruiter or Talent Partner</strong> with deep GTM full-cycle experience and a track record of hiring top performers.</li>
<li data-start="1603" data-end="1702"><strong data-start="1603" data-end="1630">Talent density mindset.</strong> You have high taste, clear judgment, and the backbone to hold the line.</li>
<li data-start="1705" data-end="1805"><strong data-start="1705" data-end="1725">Operator energy.</strong> Experience in high-growth tech environments where bar is high and pace is fast.</li>
