You’ll collaborate closely with global stakeholders while helping strengthen our support foundations locally and at scale.</p><p><strong>What you’ll be doing in this role</strong></p><p>As Canva scales towards 1 billion users, change is constant — and that’s where you come in.</p><p>As a<strong> Program Manager within our Service Design &amp; Delivery (SDD) group,</strong> you’ll act as the <strong>bridge</strong> across User Voice and broader Canva teams. You’ll turn strategic priorities and business changes into clear, coordinated action plans — ensuring the <strong>right support foundations are in place from day one.</strong> When you succeed, change feels seamless, support feels effortless, and our users stay focused on creating.</p><p><strong>At the moment, this role is focused on:</strong></p><ul><li>Driving delivery for both minor and major change programs — from product launches to pricing updates and new subscription models</li><li>Translating ambiguous briefs into structured, actionable project plans with clear milestones and ownership</li><li>Coordinating timelines, tracking progress, and proactively identifying risks and dependencies</li><li>Leading support strategy and enablement for key launches and high-impact initiatives</li><li>Partnering cross-functionally across User Voice, Product, Marketing, Content &amp; Discovery, and Design Experience</li><li>Supporting operational cadences, goal planning, and team rhythms within Service Design &amp; Delivery</li></ul><p><strong>You’re probably a match if:</strong></p><ul><li>You have direct <strong>Program or Product Management experience,</strong> ideally within the tech space</li><li>You can move projects from <strong>chaos to clarity</strong>, even when briefs are incomplete or evolving</li><li>You bring <strong>strong business and user acumen,</strong> confidently balancing trade-offs between speed, quality, cost, and impact</li><li>You <strong>collaborate</strong> easily across multiple stakeholders with different priorities</li><li>You c<strong>ommunicate complexity clearly </strong>through structured documents, visuals, or data-driven recommendations</li><li>You’re proactive, adaptable, and happy to roll up your sleeves to get things done</li><li>You’re energised by building operational foundations that support high-quality experiences at scale</li></ul><p><strong>About the team</strong></p><p>The <strong>User Voice supergroup </strong>exists to empower every user and make every voice heard.
