Attendance is expected and fully supported.</p></div><h4>Team / Role Overview</h4> <p>The Simple Trade team is at the forefront of revolutionizing the trading experience for millions of users. Leveraging our understanding of trading behaviors, we craft seamless buy, sell, and convert experiences for customers within our flagship application, making crypto trading easy accessible. </p> <p>As a Senior Staff Product Designer, you will operate as a “delta force” systems thinker: owning large, multi‑quarter initiatives across our entire app experience and underlying information architecture, stitching together the needs of multiple product teams into a cohesive, high‑impact experience. You’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, and senior design leadership to set the bar for quality across high‑visibility initiatives.</p> <h4><strong>What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties):</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Own the end‑to‑end design vision for trading experiences across the everything exchange, from discovery and evaluation through placing and managing trades.</li> <li>Lead large, quarter‑long initiatives to rethink and redesign core trade flows, going beyond incremental speed improvements to re‑architect how customers pick markets, understand risk/reward, and complete trades.</li> <li>Translate a diverse set of team needs across the entire company into a unified, scalable system that feels coherent and delightful to customers.</li> <li>Explore and define new ways to make trading intuitive, engaging, and delightful. From interaction patterns and motion to the architecture of how information and controls are surfaced.</li> <li>Drive complex “zero‑to‑one” or major redesign projects from problem framing and concept development through detailed interaction and visual design, prototyping, validation, and launch.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):</strong></h4> <ul> <li>10+ years of product design experience, including staff‑level or equivalent scope owning major end‑to‑end product areas.</li> <li>A strong systems thinking orientation: you’ve designed across complex product architectures, not just isolated features, and can show how your work reorganized or simplified entire flows.</li> <li>Demonstrated experience shipping visually rich, interaction‑heavy consumer or prosumer products where hierarchy, typography, color, motion, and micro‑interactions materially impact usability and brand perception.</li> <li>Proven ability to operate in high‑visibility, “special project” contexts with senior stakeholders and executive attention, navigating ambiguity and driving clarity.</li> <li>Co ...
