Attendance is expected and fully supported.</p></div><p> </p> <p><strong>Team/ Role Paragraph:</strong></p> <p>The Reconciliation Operations Specialist will support global crypto reconciliations across all Coinbase products and entities. This role serves as a subject matter expert, acting as an escalation point for critical workflows including our safeguarding requirements and directly supporting the reconciliation manager. The Specialist collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to execute on reconciliation strategies while ensuring daily operational responsibilities are met with accuracy and efficiency.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties):</strong><strong> </strong></p> <ul> <li><em><strong>Reconciliation Expertise:</strong></em> <ul> <li>Manage complex reconciliation workflows across crypto products globally.</li> <li>Understanding of safeguarding requirements for regulated entities</li> <li>Review and resolve escalations to ensure timely and accurate reconciliations.</li> </ul> </li> <li><em><strong>Support Leadership:</strong></em> <ul> <li>Provide subject matter expertise to the reconciliation manager to strategize and improve processes.</li> <li>Partner with the reconciliation manager on implementing process improvements and automation initiatives.</li> </ul> </li> <li><em><strong>Process Optimization:</strong></em> <ul> <li>Analyze reconciliation operations to identify inefficiencies and propose enhancements.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Product, and Engineering) on improving reconciliation workflows.</li> </ul> </li> <li><em><strong>Performance Monitoring:</strong></em></li> <ul> <li>Support teams’ performance, ensuring quality and accuracy in deliverables.</li> <li>Act as a liaison between XFN teams and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and execute solutions.</li> </ul> <li style="font-style: italic;"><em><strong>Daily Execution:</strong></em></li> <ul> <li>Ensure daily reconciliation tasks are completed accurately, addressing discrepancies as needed.</li> <li>Maintain compliance with regulatory and audit standards across reconciliation processes.</li> </ul> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):</strong><strong> </strong></p> <ul> <li>4+ years of experience in reconciliation processes, finance operations, or accounting, preferably in fintech or global environments.
