Attendance is expected and fully supported.</p></div><ul> <li><strong>Team</strong> -The Enterprise Applications Architecture (EAA) STP team is the primary engineering partner for the Sales Trading Prime (STP) business, building and operating Salesforce capabilities that power institutional sales, account management, and billing workflows.</li> <li><strong>Role </strong>-As a Salesforce Developer on this team, you’ll design and deliver scalable, secure CRM and billing solutions for sales, trading, and account management users, while integrating Salesforce with pricing, contracting, and downstream finance systems. You’ll join a small, high-ownership engineering team that partners closely with Sales, Sales Operations, Account Management, Billing, and Institutional Operations stakeholders to unlock revenue, improve forecasting, and create resilient, auditable processes.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you’ll be doing </strong></p> <ul> <li>Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications and platform capabilities across orgs using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and other Salesforce technologies.</li> <li>Own end-to-end delivery of features and enhancements for STP - from technical design and estimation through implementation, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.</li> <li>Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and internal/external systems (e.g., REST APIs, event-driven integrations, middleware/automation platforms) to enable reliable data flows and cross-system workflows.</li> <li>Collaborate with product managers, admins, architects, and business stakeholders (CX, Compliance, Sales, Legal, Insto Ops, etc.) to refine requirements and provide technical guidance on Salesforce platform capabilities and tradeoffs.</li> <li>Provide demos of development to end stakeholders and engineering counterparts.
