<p>Equinox is seeking a <strong>Senior Manager, Brand Partnerships</strong> to lead the development and activation of strategic brand collaborations that elevate the member experience and drive measurable business impact.</p><p>This role is responsible for bringing partnerships to life in a <strong>360-degree way</strong> — across digital channels, in-club experiences, and out-of-club touchpoints — ensuring each collaboration feels premium, intentional, and deeply aligned with the Equinox brand.</p><p>While this role includes partner sourcing, the majority of the scope is focused on <strong>activation, execution, and performance management</strong>. This is an opportunity for a creative, detail-oriented operator who understands how to translate strong ideas into seamless, high-quality experiences that resonate with members and support business goals.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>Partnership Strategy &amp; Sourcing (≈10%)</strong></p><ul><li>Identify and evaluate potential brand partners across hospitality, wellness, fitness, travel, fashion, and lifestyle</li><li>Build and maintain a focused pipeline of partnership opportunities aligned to brand values and member needs</li><li>Assess partnership opportunities through both brand and business lenses, including relevance, scale, and member value</li></ul><p><strong>Partnership Activation &amp; Experience Execution (≈70%)</strong></p><ul><li>Lead end-to-end partnership activation from concept development through launch and post-launch optimization</li><li>Develop creative partnership concepts that translate into meaningful member experiences — not just logo placements</li><li>Bring partnerships to life across <strong>digital, in-club, and out-of-club channels</strong>, including:<ul><li>Member communications and content</li><li>In-club experiences, activations, and programming</li><li>Events, experiential moments, and external-facing extensions</li></ul></li><li>Own activation planning, timelines, and deliverables across multiple concurrent partnerships</li><li>Collaborate closely with internal teams including Brand, Marketing, Club Operations, Merchandising, Legal, Finance, and Product to ensure cohesive execution</li><li>Manage external agencies and partner teams to deliver against creative, operational, and brand standards</li></ul><p><strong>Commercial Management, Measurement &amp; Optimization (≈20%)</strong></p><ul><li>Support deal structuring and contract negotiations in partnership with Legal and Finance</li><li>Understand and evaluate paid media value, rate cards, and in-kind value exchange</li><li>Define success metrics for each partnership, including engagement, revenue, retention, and NPS impact</li><li>Track partner-funded value, offsets, and ROI</li><li>Lead post-launch retrospectives and apply learnings to continuously improve future partnerships</li></ul> <ul><li>8+ years of experience in brand partnerships, brand marketing, or integrated marketing</li><li>Experience within <strong>hospitality, travel, fitness, wellness, or luxury</strong> strongly preferred</li><li>MBA preferred; equivalent experience strongly considered</li><li>Strong creative instincts paired with a clear understanding of business objectives and performance metrics</li><li>Deeply member-experience oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality, differentiated experiences</li><li>Demonstrated experience working with paid media valuation, rate cards, and third-party contract negotiations</li><li>Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail</li><li>Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution</li><li>Experience working with external agencies and senior partner stakeholders</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li></ul><p><strong>Why You’ll Love This Role</strong></p><p>Brand partnerships at Equinox are a critical lever for delivering surprise-and-delight moments, rein ...
