<ul>
<li>Build and nurture trusted relationships with C-suite executives at top-tier brands, understanding their organizational complexities</li>
<li>Identify and pursue net-new strategic accounts through targeted prospecting and outbound efforts</li>
<li>Develop and manage relationships with high-profile accounts while actively seeking new opportunities</li>
<li>Implement a consultative sales approach to identify priority business challenges and take a value-based approach to solution selling</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure a seamless client experience</li>
<li>Drive account expansion within assigned accounts using market insights</li>
<li>Educate clients on industry trends, positioning Braze as a trusted partner</li>
<li>Utilize<a href="http://salesforce.com"> Salesforce.com</a>, Clari, and other CRM tools to manage sales pipelines and ensure accurate forecasting</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>WHO YOU ARE</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>10+ years in strategic SaaS sales, focusing on large enterprise clients, with a total of 10+ years of industry experience</li>
<li>Experience in complex solution selling, with a strong background in Value Selling and Business Value Assessments</li>
<li>Proven ability to source and prospect new accounts through effective outbound strategies</li>
<li>Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills for articulating complex concepts</li>
<li>Quick adaptability to new cloud applications and tools, with experience in Salesforce.com or similar CRMs</li>
<li>Strong networking skills, able to navigate large organizations and identify key decision-makers</li>
<li>Up-to-date on digital and application trends, particularly in the mobile space</li>
<li>Willingness to travel as needed</li>
</ul>
<p><span data-sheets-root="1">For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $149,400-$175,800/year, with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $298,800-$351,500/year (including bonus or commission). Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to cash compensation, Braze offers full and part-time employees a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSUs) so that all Braze employees own a piece of our company.</span></p>
