The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting top-tier technical talent, understanding the nuances of technology roles, and managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation. This role will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs, calibrate and source candidates, and deliver a high-quality recruitment experience.</p> <h3><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Sourcing Talent Acquisition:</strong></li> <ul> <li>Use various recruiting platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, GitHub, StackOverflow, etc.) to source and identify top technical talent (Cyber Security, Infrastructure, Engineers, IT Security, etc).</li> <li>Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future technical roles.</li> <li>Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess technical aptitude and cultural fit.</li> </ul> <li><strong>Collaboration with Hiring Managers:</strong></li> <ul> <li>Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, technical skills, and role-specific qualifications.</li> <li>Provide guidance to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing technical candidates and ensuring a positive candidate experience.</li> </ul> <li><strong>Candidate Engagement Relationship Building:</strong></li> <ul> <li>Engage with potential candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing regular updates and feedback.</li> <li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience and to encourage top talent to join the organization.</li> </ul> <li><strong>Interview Assessment:</strong></li> <ul> <li>Coordinate technical interviews, including coding challenges, whiteboard exercises, and other assessments as required.</li> <li>Work with engineering teams to evaluate candidate technical skills.</li> </ul> <li><strong>Offer Negotiation:</strong></li> <ul> <li>Present job offers to candidates, providing detailed explanations of benefits, compensation, and job responsibilities.</li> <li>Negotiate salary and other terms while maintaining a positive candidate experience.</li> </ul> <li><strong>Recruitment Reporting:</strong></li> <ul> <li>Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines, interviews, and hiring metrics.</li> <li>Provide regular updates and reports to hiring managers and leadership regarding recruitment progress and challenges.</li> </ul> <li><strong>Market Research Trend Analysis:</strong></li> <ul> <li>Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive salary benchmarks, and the latest tools and techniques for sourcing technical talent.</li> <li>Continuously optimize recruitment strategies to improve efficiency and candidate quality.</li> </ul> </ul> <h3><strong>Qualifications:</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Experience:</strong></li> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience as a Sr.Technical Recruiter or similar role in Ta ...
