This role ensures our infrastructure scales intentionally as our go-to-market motion grows more complex. You’ll translate business decisions into durable technical frameworks, evaluate new tools for architectural fit, and define the standards that keep our lifecycle, data, and integrations cohesive. This is a senior IC role and a true thought partner to Marketing Operations leadership.</p>
<h5>RESPONSIBILITIES</h5>
<ul>
<li>Own Marketing’s technical roadmap, ensuring infrastructure evolves intentionally and supports long-term business priorities.</li>
<li>Design scalable lifecycle, automation, and data frameworks, defining clear implementation requirements prior to engineering execution.</li>
<li>Evaluate new technologies and capabilities for architectural fit, cross-system impact, and long-term scalability.</li>
<li>Establish and maintain governance standards across lifecycle stages, data models, and system integrations.</li>
<li>Translate business and committee decisions (e.g., lifecycle definitions, scoring frameworks) into structured, scalable system designs.</li>
<li>Identify architectural risks, technical debt, and cross-platform dependencies before they create downstream operational impact.</li>
<li>Partner with Revenue Operations and Analytics to align data modeling, lifecycle logic, and measurement implementation.</li>
<li>Review and approve implementation plans to ensure adherence to architectural standards.</li>
<li>Lead major infrastructure initiatives and new system implementations from design through post-launch evaluation.</li>
<li>Serve as a senior technical thought partner to Marketing Operations leadership, providing clear tradeoff analysis and scalable solution recommendations.</li>
</ul>
<h5>QUALIFICATIONS </h5>
<ul>
<li>8+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Marketing Technology, including ownership of complex system design or lifecycle architecture.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience designing scalable marketing infrastructure across integrated platforms in a B2B environment.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of marketing lifecycle design, data modeling, and cross-system dependencies.</li>
<li>Experience evaluating new tools or technologies for long-term scalability and architectural fit.</li>
<li>Proven ability to translate business objectives into durable technical frameworks and implementation plans.</li>
<li>Experience partnering cross-functionally with Marketing, RevOps, and Analytics stakeholders on complex initiatives.</li>
<li>Sound judgment in identifying technical risks, tradeoffs, and long-term system implications.</li>
