I’m looking for a <strong>Recruiting Coordinator</strong> who cares deeply about candidate experience and takes pride in keeping our recruiting processes organized, accurate, and running smoothly.</p> <p>This role goes beyond scheduling. While interview coordination is central to the work, you’ll also help strengthen how our recruiting team operates — supporting programs, improving processes, and ensuring our systems stay aligned and effective. You’ll partner closely with the recruiting team, hiring managers, and interviewers to keep communication clear, workflows structured, and every candidate interaction thoughtful and consistent.</p> <p></p> <h3>What we value</h3> <ul> <li>A candidate-first mindset — every interaction matters</li> <li>Operational rigor and strong attention to detail</li> <li>Clear, proactive communication</li> <li>Ownership and accountability</li> <li>A drive to improve processes as we scale</li> </ul> <h3>What you’ll do</h3> <ul> <li>Own end-to-end interview coordination and candidate communications, ensuring accurate scheduling and a seamless experience</li> <li>Maintain ATS and scheduling tool accuracy (Greenhouse, GoodTime) including interview plans, hiring teams, permissions, and templates</li> <li>Coordinate background checks and manage offer-stage workflows through onboarding handoff</li> <li>Maintain clean recruiting documentation and data integrity, supporting reporting and audit readiness</li> <li>Identify process gaps and drive operational improvements, surfacing friction points and recommending solutions</li> <li>Support recruiting programs and cross-functional initiatives that improve efficiency and scalability beyond day-to-day coordination</li> </ul> <h3>What we're looking for</h3> <ul> <li>2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or recruiting operations</li> <li>Ideally based in the United States (Central or Eastern time zone preferred)</li> <li>Must haves: Experience with Greenhouse and Goodtime</li> <li>Nice to Haves: Experience with tools like Gem, Notion, Airtable, or similar systems</li> <li>Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously</li> </ul> <h3>Compensation Benefits</h3> <p>We believe in transparency.
