<p>We’re looking for a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to join our EMEA Central team. In this role, you’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on data analysis to help drive meaningful business outcomes for our Major Area Sales function. You’ll collaborate across teams in a dynamic, high‑growth global environment where diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and approaches are valued and celebrated.</p><p><strong>Strategic Data Analysis &amp; Forecasting</strong></p><ul><li>Lead forecast reviews with second-line managers: design and maintain forecasting models, analyse forecast accuracy, and develop data-driven insights on risks and opportunities</li><li>Transform complex sales data into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership</li></ul><p><strong>Pipeline Analytics &amp; Performance Measurement</strong></p><ul><li>Own pipeline health analysis: utilize dashboards and reporting frameworks to track KPIs, monitor pipeline hygiene, and surface trends</li><li>Consolidate and synthesize data at the Area level to provide the Area Vice President with comprehensive performance insights</li></ul><p><strong>Account Management &amp; Data Governance</strong></p><ul><li>Manage account assignment processes for the Area, ensuring accurate allocation of accounts to sales territories and representatives</li><li>Own the newly created account process: validate new account requests, ensure proper segmentation and assignment, and maintain audit trails</li><li>Support master data management initiatives, ensuring CRM data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across the Area</li><li>Maintain account hierarchies, industry classifications, and segmentation data to support accurate reporting and territory planning</li><li>Partner with global teams and central data governance to resolve account ownership disputes and align on data standards</li></ul><p><strong>Business Partnership &amp; Strategic Projects</strong></p><ul><li>Serve as a trusted analytical partner to the dedicated Region Vice President and leadership team, using data to drive strategy and business results</li><li>Lead special projects focused on organizational development and strategic initiatives</li><li>Support in Quarterly Business Reviews: prepare analytical presentations, and track action items to completion</li><li>Champion best practices and operational excellence, ensuring consistent communication of priorities and results across the function</li></ul> <p><strong>To be successful in this role you have:</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years of experience in operations, analytics, or a similar field, with a track record of delivering measurable impact</li><li>Strong analytical skills: comfortable working with large datasets, building models, and turning data into strategic insights</li><li>Experience with CRM systems and data management (e.g., account hierarchies, territory structures, and data quality principles)</li><li>Proficiency with data visualisation tools and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences</li><li>A collaborative mindset and ability to build strong relationships across functions and cultures</li><li>A problem-solving approach, strong attention to detail, and comfort navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Excellent communication skills with an ability to adapt your style to different stakeholders</li></ul> <p><strong>Work Personas</strong></p><p>We approach our distributed world of work with flexibility and trust.
