Come join us for the ride!</p></div><p><strong>Role overview</strong></p> <p>We are seeking a high-impact Senior Financial Analyst to support our US Go-to-Market (GTM) organization. This person will be responsible for subscription revenue reporting, sales expense management, variance analysis, and performance analysis.</p> <p><strong><br>What you'll do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Partner closely with Director and VP-level leadership to analyze performance and inform decisions across resourcing, compensation design, and organizational strategy</li> <li>Lead components of the annual planning process and own short and long-term forecasting, with a strong focus on weekly/monthly trend analysis and clear communication to FPA and business stakeholders</li> <li>Deliver and present concise monthly and quarterly reporting, including actionable variance insights and executive-ready commentary</li> <li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting and Business Analytics to support month-end close, review general ledger activity, and ensure accuracy and integrity of revenue and expense reporting</li> <li>Partner with the Commissions team to manage accruals and forecasted payouts, ensuring alignment with bookings and revenue performance</li> </ul> <p><strong><br>What you'll bring</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related major required.</li> <li>Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience, ideally working in FPA and supporting functional business leaders</li> <li>Consistently demonstrate behaviors that reflect initiative, intelligence, strong attention to detail, and integrity in striving for continuous improvement.</li> <li>Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.</li> <li>Ability to work independently</li> <li>Advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills</li> <li>Workday Adaptive Planning, Salesforce.com, NetSuite, Zuora, Google Suite experience is a plus</li> <li>Experience in technology and/or SAAS preferred</li> <li>Experience in Subscription Revenue analysis preferred.<br><br></li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p><span data-sheets-root="1">The displayed range represents the expected annual base salary / On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this position.
