<p><strong>How You'll Make an Impact at MarqVision</strong></p>

As we continue scaling, we are looking for a <span class="s1">Talent Acquisition Partne<strong>r</strong></span> who can support and accelerate hiring across key business functions such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other GA teams. At MarqVision, as a part of the Global Talent Acquisition Team, Talent Acquisition goes beyond filling roles; we partner closely with hiring managers to ensure we bring in the right people at the right time. In this role, you will act as a trusted talent partner, owning end-to-end hiring processes and helping teams attract high-quality business talent while maintaining a strong hiring bar. You will play a meaningful role in strengthening our organizational capability by consistently delivering strong candidates and creating a smooth, structured hiring experience</p>

<p><strong>What You’ll Achieve</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Partner closely with hiring managers across Business functions (Sales, Marketing, Operations, GA etc.) to understand role requirements and execute effective hiring plans.</li>
<li>Own full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to offer, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.</li>
<li>Build and manage healthy talent pipelines for recurring and critical business roles.</li>
<li>Maintain a strong hiring bar through structured screening and evaluation processes.</li>
<li>Use recruiting data and insights to improve hiring efficiency and identify bottlenecks.</li>
<li>Contribute to employer branding efforts to attract strong business talent.</li>
<li>Support process improvements by leveraging ATS tools and AI, automation where appropriate.</li>

<p><strong>Skills You'll Need to Bring</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>3+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience, preferably hiring for Business roles.</li>
<li>Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments with a strong drive to build and improve.</li>
<li>Energized by scaling teams and motivated to raise the hiring bar continuously.</li>
<li>Strong sourcing capability and ability to build proactive pipelines.</li>
<li>Data-driven mindset that is able to track metrics and adjust approach based on results.</li>
<li>Familiarity with ATSs (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Ninehire, Greeting, etc.) </li>
<li>Open to using AI and automation tools to improve productivity and efficiency.</li>
