Seesaw’s Professional Learning team members are all educators with a passion for supporting every student’s learning journey and ensuring teacher success. </p> <p><strong>Your Role:</strong></p> <p>Seesaw is looking for an exceptional educator who is ready to use their experience, knowledge and skills to facilitate interactive, impactful Seesaw product training and professional development opportunities for our customers in both English and Arabic. </p> <p>This role is customer-facing, and you will be the Seesaw and Little Thinking Minds (LTM) solutions expert supporting teachers and administrators in their implementation of Seesaw products.</p> <p>You will lead Professional Development sessions for groups of teachers (and occasionally administrators) of varying sizes in a virtual or onsite setting to drive success with Seesaw products. </p> <p><strong>Your Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Deliver virtual or onsite professional development and training to support the effective use of Seesaw and/or LTM.</li> <li>Check your calendar, Slack, and email daily for updates from the team and/or sessions booked. </li> <li>Communicate via email and phone to support customers in getting professional development sessions scheduled. </li> <li>Maintain pre and post session documentation and notes in designated systems, including sending follow up resources to customers via email.</li> <li>Maintain a strong knowledge of the latest features in Seesaw as well as support resources that may need to be provided to customers.</li> <li>Raise any customer issues that arise with speed and urgency, helping to resolve and communicate back to the customer, as needed.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Prerequisites (Requirements):</strong></p> <ul> <li>3+ years of primary teaching experience</li> <li>Prior experience with educator coaching and/or delivering professional development a plus</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Knowledge of Seesaw and/or use of Seesaw in the classroom strongly preferred</li> <li>Knowledge of Little Thinking Minds (LTM) and/or use of LTM in the classroom strongly preferred</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Exceptional presentation skills</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Highly organized, flexible, able to think critically, and a quick learner</li> <li>Positive, upbeat, proactive, and professional attitude. Collaborative teammate who is values-driven and supportive</li> <li>Tech-savvy and comfortable using technology to present and demonstrate</li> <li>Ability to travel if needed - especially in peak season </li> <li>Willing to work flexible schedule when customer demands require it (evening, early morning, as needed)</li> <li>Willingness and ability to travel throughout the MENA region is preferred</li> <li>Comfortable with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)</li> </ul> <p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p> <p>We offer competitive virtual per session and daily onsite rates for training delivery and preparation.</p> <p><strong>Reimbursement:</strong></p> <p>When required, travel and lodging is reimbursed within 15 days of invoice submission. </p> <p>Seesaw cares about building a diverse and in ...
