<p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p><p>The Advisory Enterprise Architect (Federal Government) is a senior presales role that combines deep solution architecture expertise with strategic advisory influence across Australia’s Federal Government sector. Sitting within the Enterprise Architecture Team, you will serve as the primary technical authority for ServiceNow’s Federal Government engagements, architecting transformational solutions, shaping agency digital strategies, and building the trusted relationships that underpin long-term growth.</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p>You will work horizontally across Sales, Solution Consulting, Alliances, and Partner teams, co-creating compelling technical visions with agency leaders while orchestrating the internal expertise needed to win and deliver complex, high-value opportunities.</p><p>Your impact is measured by your influence, architectural quality, and the outcomes you drive for government customers and the ServiceNow business.</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Why This Role Matters</strong></p><p>Australia’s Federal Government is at an inflexion point. You will be part of the team that helps them see and achieve what’s possible with ServiceNow at the core.</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><p>Solution Architecture &amp; Technical Leadership</p><p>• Lead presales architecture strategy for transformational Federal Government opportunities, defining technical foundations that win deals and set customers up for long-term success.</p><p>• Design architectures that address complex agency challenges spanning AI transformation, digital service delivery, ITSM, SecOps, GRC, and workflow automation.</p><p>• Partner with Account Executives and Solution Consulting teams to structure and present solutions that are compelling, credible, and commercially aligned.</p><p>• Deliver and oversee proof-of-concept and proof-of-value engagements that demonstrate measurable business impact.</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Stakeholder Engagement &amp; Advisory</strong></p><p>• Build and sustain relationships across Federal agencies</p><p>• Act as a trusted advisor and strategic sounding board on digital transformation, platform strategy, APS operating models, and whole-of-government initiatives.</p><p>• Represent ServiceNow at industry forums, roundtables, and policy discussions, elevating our position as a credible long-term technology partner to government.</p><p>• Help define and influence Federal digital transformation narratives where ServiceNow plays a leading role.</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Coordination &amp; Thought Leadership</strong></p><p>• Serve as the architecture lead across Sales, Solution Consulting, Alliances, and Inspire Value for Federal Government opportunities.</p><p>• Scale best practice sharing across the broader EA and Solution Consulting community in APAC.</p><p>• Bring structure and clarity to complex, multi-party Federal engagements, participating in account reviews and pipeline governance.</p><p>• Support public sector compliance requirements, procurement frameworks and joint business planning.</p><p>• Independently qualify opportunities, shape deal strategy, and make commercial judgements about what to invest architectural effort.</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Architecture Domain Coverage</strong></p><p>You will lead cross-domain architecture engagements across:</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p>• AI transformation and agentic workflow automation</p><p>• Digital service delivery and citizen experience</p><p>• ITSM, ITOM, and IT service modernisation</p><p>• Security Operations (SecOps) and cyber risk management</p><p>• GRC, IRM, and whole-of-government compliance frameworks</p><p>• Vendor, procurement, and contract workflow management</p><p>• HR and workforce transformation</p><p>• Customer / Citizen Service Management (CSM)</p> <p><stron ...
