We are looking for a Staff Inbound Product Manager to help deliver AI-native manufacturing industry products in our Dublin office. In this role, you will be responsible for defining AI powered CPQ, customer service, and order-to-cash product capabilities, managing them from concept to delivery, and ensuring that they align with customer needs and market trends. You will work closely with engineers, designers, researchers, and cross-functional teams to build solutions for manufacturing customers.  </p><p><strong>What you get to do in this role:  </strong></p><ul><li><p>Translate product strategy into product capabilities and roadmap and manage them through the product lifecycle.  </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Collaborate with researchers and designers to define, validate, and test innovative product ideas.  </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Engage with customers to gather feedback, validate concepts, and identify opportunities.  </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Create feature plans, storyboards, and wireframes to communicate product requirements to design and development teams.  </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Collaborate with engineering on release management, addressing risks and dependencies.  </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Develop and maintain the product roadmap for short-term and long-term releases.  </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Work with sales, marketing, services, and support teams to ensure successful product releases and adoption.  </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Provide recommendations on pricing and packaging.  </p></li></ul>
<p><strong>To be successful in this role you have:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.</li><li><p>A bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field; an MBA is preferred  </p></li><li><p>10+ years of experience with 5+ years product management experience working on Enterprise SaaS products. </p></li><li><p>Deep knowledge of using generative and agentic AI to deliver AI-native experiences. </p></li><li><p>A proven track record of successfully launching and managing enterprise software products that resonate with users. </p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of and interest in working with automotive, heavy industrial, chemicals, CPG, and other manufacturing companies. </p></li><li><p>Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to large audiences and/or executive leadership. </p></li><li><p>Experience working directly with customers, sales, and engineering teams in a global setting. </p></li><li><p>The discipline to focus on high-impact activities (i.e., being good at saying "no" or "not now"). </p></li><li><p>Must enjoy working in a collaborative environment. </p></li><li><p>High energy, self-starter with a growth mindset. </p></li></ul>
