Expectations are high, and so are the rewards. </p> <p>Technical Recruiting is seeking a Sourcer to join the Tech Recruiting team at Robinhood. This role is essential in supporting our efforts to hire top Infrastructure Engineering talent. As a Sourcer, you will collaborate with leaders across various teams to identify and engage world-class candidates, ensuring a positive experience for both the candidates and hiring teams. Additionally, this position offers the opportunity to contribute to the broader Technical Recruiting organization as needed.</p> <p><strong>This role is based in our Chicago, IL office with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.</strong></p> <p>At Robinhood, we believe in the power of in-person work to accelerate progress, spark innovation, and strengthen community. Our office experience is intentional, energizing, and designed to fully support high-performing teams. </p> <h2><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to become a subject matter expert for the teams you support and be able to articulate the organizational impact of open positions </li> <li>Build and maintain diverse sourcing pipelines by leveraging multiple channels (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, internal talent pools, events, referrals, and outbound tools)</li> <li>Conduct targeted outreach and manage candidate engagement through early-stage funnel steps, ensuring timely follow-ups and a strong candidate experience</li> <li>Share talent market insights (e.g., competitor mapping, location-specific supply, role trends) to influence sourcing strategy and prioritization</li> <li>Use data to track sourcing activity, pipeline health, and conversion trends while maintaining strong data integrity</li> </ul> <h2><strong>What you bring</strong></h2> <ul> <li>3+ years of sourcing experience (or equivalent experience in recruiting) with a focus on technical or engineering roles</li> <li>Experience sourcing for Infrastructure Engineering roles (preferred) or demonstrated ability to ramp quickly in a new technical domain</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to proactively source and engage passive candidates (beyond inbound applicants) using structured search and outreach strategies</li> <li>Strong collaboration skills and comfort partnering across levels, with a clear, thoughtful communication style</li> <li>Commitment to delivering an inclusive, candidate-first experience throughout the sourcing process</li> <li>Outstanding written and verbal and communication skills across all levels </li> <li>Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting tools (ideally including Greenhouse, Gem, ChatGPT, and LinkedIn Recruiter)</li> </ul> <h2><strong>What we offer</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Challenging, high-impact work to grow your career.</li> <li>Performance-driven compensation with multipliers for outsized impact, bonus programs, equity ownership, and 401(k) matching.</li> <li>Best-in-class benefits to fuel your work, including 100% pai ...
