<p><strong>What you get to do in this role:</strong><strong> </strong><strong> </strong> </p><ul><li>Take small to large IT Business Applications programs/projects from original concept through final implementation</li><li>Develop detailed program/project execution plan, and manage all implementation processes including projects financials, progress tracking, metrics, monitoring change control process, testing, release to production and delivery within budget constraints</li><li>Provide overall communication and work with all areas affected by the program/project including partners, business sponsors and vendors</li><li>Organize Scrum rituals (Planning, Standups, review, retrospective, etc.)</li><li>Create status reporting to support project/program discussions at Steering Committee and Sponsor level</li><li>Promote organizational understanding of Agile roles and to help teams and individuals transitioning from waterfall to Agile</li><li>Apply consistency and best practices through project initiation, planning, execution and closing phases, promoting outcomes and benefit tracking</li></ul>
<p><strong>To be successful in this role you have:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.</li><li>12+ years of hands-on project management experience</li><li>Experience managing multiple large programs/projects, in enterprise environments delivering business applications for one or more departments</li><li>Experience with Agile traits and techniques: Lean design, accommodating changing requirements, iterations, loop feedback with customer involvement</li><li>Experience leading Steering Committee meetings with executive management</li><li>Should guide teams and provide technical solutions while mitigating or removing hurdles / obstacles</li><li>Experience overcoming project crisis</li></ul><p> </p><p>For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $116,600 - $203,900, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.</p>
