If you have a passion for improving the developer experience, building world-class open-source software and communities, and want to be a part of our amazing team, we'd love to hear from you!</div></div><div> <h3><strong>Summary</strong></h3> </div> <p>We are hiring a <strong>Senior Engineering Manager</strong> to lead the <strong>Cloud Enablement team</strong>, part of Temporal’s <strong>Cloud Global Services (CGS)</strong> organization.</p> <p>The Cloud Enablement team is responsible for applying and extending the <strong>Temporal OSS replication stack</strong> to deliver critical Temporal Cloud capabilities, including <strong>High Availability (HA) namespaces</strong>, <strong>error detection and automated failover</strong>, and <strong>migration of workloads and namespaces</strong> between self-hosted Temporal clusters and Temporal Cloud, as well as within Temporal Cloud.</p> <p>This is a <strong>deeply technical and hands-on leadership role</strong>. As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will combine strong people leadership with technical ownership of complex distributed systems. You will actively participate in system design, review code and architecture, and help unblock execution, while building and leading a team that delivers reliable, production-grade cloud features at scale.</p> <p><em>To see a demo of prior work by the CGS team via a keynote at a Temporal Replay Conference.
