ABOUT US
- At Sierra, we’re creating a platform to help businesses build better, more human customer experiences with AI. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices in Atlanta, New York, London, Paris, Singapore, and Japan.

Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Think creatively outside the box and work closely with partners to push the brand narrative forward.
- Bring creative, from-the-ground-up thinking to brand and marketing strategy.
- Create brand assets and end-to-end campaign materials across internal, customer-facing, and external marketing needs.
- Build and maintain the brand systems that power everything we ship — templates, guidelines, libraries, and tools that help teams move fast and stay on-brand.
- Design event collateral, signage, and other physical brand touchpoints.
- As a core member of Sierra’s design team, you will help shape the culture and visual foundation of our brand.
- Considering contract to potential FTE
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 5+ years of experience in brand, marketing, or graphic design (agency or in-house)
- A portfolio showing strong visual design skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with design tools like Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (motion graphics experience a plus)
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Openness to feedback, curiosity, and eagerness to grow design skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
