<p>Crunchyroll is seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Manga Operations Planning to help scale a newly launched product. In this role, you will own the strategy, planning, and execution driving the global growth of Crunchyroll’s digital manga offering, while ensuring cross-functional alignment throughout the process. You will partner closely with the Director of Digital Manga and key stakeholders to develop the product roadmap, manage budgets, and execute approved initiatives.</p>
<ul>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Act as the operational owner to stakeholders and partners across Product Engineering, Legal, Content Acquisitions, Business Operations, Programming, Marketing, and external partners</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Ensure the workflows, partnerships, and support systems are in place to successfully run and scale the product</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Identify gaps in current processes and improve workflows with localization, programming, curation, and other operational supporting teams</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Introduce global workflows in regions to better integrate regional teams into the global organization</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Manage partner relationships that support the manga business</li>
<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Own and manage project budgets tied to operations and partnerships</li>
</ul>
<p>This role works a hybrid schedule, with three days each week onsite in Los Angelas. </p>

You’re especially strong at creating <strong data-start="821" data-end="887">polished presentations, spreadsheets, dashboards, and trackers</strong> that help senior leaders quickly understand what’s happening and what decisions need to be made.</li>
<li>You’re a <strong data-start="995" data-end="1011">self-starter</strong> who spots gaps, takes ownership, and proactively supports your team. Ambiguity doesn’t slow you down—you’re good at breaking unclear asks into structured workstreams, clear priorities, and actionable next steps.</li>
<li>You work well with many partners at once, collaborating across product, engineering, marketing, content, and operations to gather insights, analyze data, and help guide the direction and growth of a product.</li>
