You will join a small team of individuals who embrace and respect diverse perspectives, aren’t afraid to push boundaries and try new insights, and are passionate about helping our customers and each other succeed. </p> <p>This role will report directly to the Senior Vice President, Strategy Transformation, and work closely with the CEO and top executives of the company to develop and drive company, product, functional, and regional strategy. You'll impact decisions across the core functions of the company and pull insights from analysis for key leaders and our board of directors. You will have the opportunity to lead strategy projects, track implementation success, and assess ongoing impact.</p> <ul> <li>Lead strategy development, execution, and implementation; working cross-functionally across the entire business to bridge strategy with the operations of the business</li> <li>Lead a small team of former consultants in the development of, analysis for, and execution of growth strategies </li> <li>Provide actionable strategy recommendations and execution support based on your analysis</li> <li>Present findings to senior management and board members (C-suite, Thoma Bravo) in close collaboration with operating leaders </li> <li>Support the strategic evaluation of MA opportunities </li> </ul> <p><strong>Your Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>MBA degree (preferred)</li> <li>Minimum three years of experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm, incl. management of full consulting projects </li> <li>Previous experience serving clients in SaaS and private-equity-owned PortCos a plus </li> <li>Previous experience in business/corporate development </li> <li>Demonstrated ability to communicate in oral and written forms to senior management and influence management decisions</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to manage and develop others </li> <li>Experience scoping and structuring strategy and operational projects</li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ability to structure, workplan, and execute on strategy projects, incl. ability to conceptually break down complex problems</li> <li>Ability to lead cross-functional teams to complete qualitative and quantitative projects, incl. ability to manage multiple concurrent ongoing projects </li> <li>Strong analytical capabilities and previous experience developing data-driven analysis, incl. strong Excel modeling skills</li> <li>Ability to independently create clear, compelling, and convincing stories in PowerPoint backed by robust analytical insight to facilitate decision- ...
