As a Salesforce Administrator Release Manager, you will own the day-to-day administration, platform health, and release management of Salesforce, ensuring stable, secure, and predictable delivery across Salesforce and integrated GTM tools. You will be accountable for access governance, bi-weekly releases, platform upgrades, and operational excellence, enabling revenue-critical Sales and Post-Sales teams to operate without disruption. We’re looking for someone who knows what “good” looks like and takes ownership to make it repeatable—someone who is organized, decisive, and comfortable running independently while collaborating closely with XFN Partners.</div> <h1><strong>What you'll do</strong></h1> <ul class="mb1"> <li>Own all aspects of Salesforce user and license management, including new user setup and deactivation, roles, profiles, permission sets, SSO access, and periodic access reviews</li> <li>Ensure SOX compliance by owning access governance, audit evidence, and remediation of access risks across Salesforce and integrated GTM tools
</li> <li>Own sandbox environment management, including refresh schedules, pre- and post-refresh activities, and coordination with release timelines
</li> <li>Own Salesforce release management for bi-weekly sprint deployments using Copado, including branch management, deployment planning, validation, rollback planning, and post-release verification
</li> <li>Proactively maintain Salesforce platform health, including security reviews, Salesforce seasonal release updates, Health Check, Optimizer, and monitoring for degradation or risk
</li> <li>Evaluate, scope, and support implementation of new systems and integrations with Salesforce and GTM tools
</li> <li>Configure Salesforce functionality, including (but not limited to): workflows, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, custom apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports
</li> <li>Troubleshoot and resolve defects for planned releases and act as first line of defense for production issues and access requests
</li> <li>Monitor and improve Salesforce data quality, including ownership of data quality reports, remediation of inaccuracies, and ongoing data management practices to support accurate business reporting
</li> <li>Identify unused or underutilized Salesforce features and recommend improvements that increase efficiency and adoption
</li> <li>Partner with Business Systems Analysts and Engineering to manage integrated applications and third-party vendors, including coordinating upgrades, issue resolution, and feature changes
</li> <li>Stay current on Salesforce releases and admin innovations, evaluate industry best practices, and implement improvements aligned with platform and business needs
