Staff Product Designer, Moveworks

In this role, you will be a voice for the user in all relevant product and business discussions. You will be responsible for ensuring we are shipping a product that solves user problems in the most elegant &amp; simple way, incrementally and iteratively.&#xa0;</p><p><strong>What You'll Do:&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Shape how both technical and non-technical users build, test, and deploy Agentic AI workflows across enterprise systems&#xa0;</li><li>Design the Agent Studio experience -&#xa0;Moveworks' enterprise platform for building automation and integrations&#xa0;</li><li>Turn complex tasks into simple UI interactions to unlock productivity&#xa0;</li><li>Lead and scope UX opportunities for the Agent AI space&#xa0;</li><li>Work on developer tools in the Agent AI/automation platform space&#xa0;</li></ul><p><strong>Key Focus:&#xa0;</strong></p><p>The role is specifically for Agent Studio, which is&#xa0;Moveworks' unified workspace where developers and teams build AI agents. This is a critical product that enables:&#xa0;</p><ul><li>Building agents for every domain (HR, IT, Finance, etc.)&#xa0;</li><li>Designing and testing logic&#xa0;</li><li>Creating integrations and automations&#xa0;</li><li>Making enterprise AI accessible to builders&#xa0;</li></ul> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.</li><li>7 years+ of product/interaction design experience with enterprise UI/SaaS standards, as well as, Mobile standards</li><li>Must have a portfolio of examples of interaction &amp; visual design work</li><li>Must have experience shipping Enterprise Admin experiences&#xa0;</li><li>Must have experience leading other designers as a project lead</li><li>Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.</li></ul><p><strong>Basic Qualifications:&#xa0;&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s&#xa0; degree in UX design, engineering design or cognitive science/human factors or equivalent relevant experience</li><li>Experience&#xa0;participating&#xa0;in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications.&#xa0;</li><li>Experience in user experience design or industry experience (corporate, software,&#xa0;web&#xa0;or agency)&#xa0;</li></ul><p>For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $166,500 - $291,400, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
