About the Role As Technical Recruiter at Fieldguide, you'll play a key role in building our engineering, product, and design (EPD) organization through a significant period of growth. Working out of our San Francisco office, you will execute full-cycle technical recruiting, from running sourcing campaigns to closing top-tier technical talent. You are someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers, and uses data and feedback to keep the recruiting process running smoothly and efficiently. What You'll Do - Partner with our CTO/Co-Founder and engineering, product, and design (EPD) leaders to understand team structures and hiring needs, and execute on hiring plans and strategies with speed and precision. - Run the full-cycle recruitment process including: sourcing, screening, and closing top technical talent through various channels. - Execute creative sourcing strategies and outreach campaigns to identify, attract, and hire top technical talent, building a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs through online channels, networking, and events. - Conduct thorough interviews to effectively evaluate a candidate's technical skills and cultural alignment. - Deliver a positive candidate experience with timely feedback and clear communication throughout the hiring process. - Track and report on recruiting pipelines with a data-driven approach, using metrics like conversion rates, time-to-hire, and offer acceptance rates to continuously improve search quality and process efficiency. - Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and candidates through strong communication and follow-through. - Support recruiting process improvements. About You - 3–5 years of experience as a full-cycle in-house technical recruiter, preferably in growth-stage SaaS startups. - Solid understanding of engineering, product, and design roles in a product-focused SaaS startup, with the ability to assess candidate technical skills and experience. These roles include but are not limited to software engineers, AI engineers, platform engineers, data scientists, product managers, product designers, and EPD leadership. - Experience hiring engineers building agentic/generative AI products is highly preferred! - A track record of sourcing and closing top technical talent in Silicon Valley and other competitive markets. - Experience negotiating offers, including equity packages, and closing candidates. - Proficiency in r ...
