Serving as the senior-most People leader in India, you will provide the strategic vision for our fastest-growing hub. Operating in a matrix environment, you will report directly to our VP, Employee Experience Development with a dotted line to VP, Talent Acquisition, balancing local nuances with global alignment.</p> <p>In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, ensuring the flawless execution of employee support and organizational health initiatives. You will lead and mentor a team of People Partners, overseeing the end-to-end employee experience—from proactive engagement and complex investigations to data-driven offboarding. In addition, you will provide guidance, support, and oversight for all talent acquisition related activity.</p> <p>The <strong>Director, Employee Experience Development</strong> is a data-informed leader, critical for analyzing workforce trends and partnering with the VP, Talent Acquisition and the VP, Employee Experience Development to drive long-term business success.
