Serving as the senior-most People leader in India, you will provide the strategic vision for our fastest-growing hub. Operating in a matrix environment, you will report directly to our VP, Employee Experience Development with a dotted line to VP, Talent Acquisition, balancing local nuances with global alignment.</p> <p>In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, ensuring the flawless execution of employee support and organizational health initiatives. You will lead and mentor a team of People Partners, overseeing the end-to-end employee experience—from proactive engagement and complex investigations to data-driven offboarding. In addition, you will provide guidance, support, and oversight for all talent acquisition related activity.</p> <p>The <strong>Director, Employee Experience Development</strong> is a data-informed leader, critical for analyzing workforce trends and partnering with the VP, Talent Acquisition and the VP, Employee Experience Development to drive long-term business success. You will also collaborate closely with our Learning Development,Rewards Systems, and the leadership team to champion equitable practices and attract, develop, and retain world-class talent globally.</p> <p><strong>WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Strategic vision:</strong> You are a highly organized leader with a passion for the full talent lifecycle and the ability to drive "white-glove" experiences at scale.</li> <li><strong>Scale inspire:</strong> Build and mentor a high-performing team of People Partners across our India-based operations.</li> <li><strong>Matrix collaboration: Partner with VP, Talent Acquisition and VP, EED - </strong>to define and execute comprehensive talent strategies and global policies that resonate locally.</li> <li><strong>Change management:</strong> Advise Senior Leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and large-scale cultural integration.</li> <li><strong>Risk mitigation:</strong> <strong>Ownership of regional compliance</strong>; leading the team in resolving complex employee relations issues while ensuring alignment with Indian statutory requirements.</li> <li><strong>Innovation:</strong> Partner with the Executive Team to champion equitable practices, performance management, and executive coaching..</li> </ul> <p>We are looking for a visionary who thrives in fast-paced environments and is dedicated to the professional elevation of their team.
