<p style="text-align: left;">Our Pharma sales team is a variety of individuals with diverse backgrounds, all committed to our goal of helping our clients bring their important messaging to the healthcare professionals on our platform. We look for individuals who face challenges head on and are highly motivated to exceed sales goals. Presentation, communication, and closing skills are essential to be successful in this role.</p>

<p><strong>Develop expertise and sell</strong> current and new strategic digital marketing solutions and ad products</p>

<p><strong>Support our clients</strong> by developing strategies that help brand product teams and marketing agencies make informed decisions through a consultative sales approach</p>

<p><strong>Make data informed decisions</strong> through forecasting and business analytical skills to identify opportunities and reach goals</p>

<p><strong>Build relationships and trust</strong> with agency and brand decision-makers</p>

<p><strong>Develop and lead</strong> proposals and opportunities for client sales pitches</p>

<p><strong>Experienced sales professional. </strong>You have tech or life sciences (preferred) sales experience and enjoy the challenge of making a sale.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p><strong>Goal-motivated.</strong> You thrive in a team that embraces accountability through individual sales quotas. </p>
</li>
<li>
<p><strong>Effective communicator.</strong> You develop deep relationships with brand managers and senior-level executives through presentation and consulting skills. </p>

<p><strong>Creative problem solver. </strong>You are comfortable with a new challenge and thinking outside of the box to reach goals.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p><strong>Data literacy.</strong> Functional understanding of business analytics to maximize opportunities and prioritize goals.</p>

<p><strong>Comfortable with traveling.</strong> You are willing to travel to meet with clients</p>
</li>
<li>
<p><strong>Experience </strong>with Google Workspace applications or equivalent.</p>

<p style="text-align: left;">The US total compensation range for this full-time position will be inclusive of salary + commissions + equity. Our ranges are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the approximate total target compensation for the position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including relevant skills, experience, and education/training. Please note that the compensation listed does not include benefits.</p>
