We partner closely with Growth, Product, Creative, Media, and Executive Leadership to translate strategy into culturally resonant storytelling.</p> <p><strong>About the Role</strong><strong><br></strong>As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a Director of Brand to define and evolve Noom’s long-term brand architecture, positioning, and integrated expression across all consumer touchpoints. </p> <p>You will serve as the strategic steward of Noom’s brand—grounding decisions in consumer insight, translating business objectives into compelling narratives, and ensuring consistency across the full customer journey. From brand health and research to 360° campaigns and celebrity partnerships, you will drive the strategy that builds durable brand equity and measurable business impact.</p> <p><strong>You Will</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own Noom’s brand strategy and long-term roadmap, leveraging brand health tracking, consumer research (including CEPs and psychographics), and market insights to define positioning, messaging priorities, and narrative evolution.</li> <li>Lead the development and stewardship of Noom’s masterbrand and portfolio architecture, ensuring clarity, differentiation, and consistency across product lines and touchpoints.</li> <li>Translate high-level strategy into inspiring creative briefs and integrated 360° campaigns, overseeing agency partnerships, major ATL initiatives, and end-to-end production.</li> <li>Deliver executive-level storytelling and quarterly brand updates that clearly articulate performance, opportunities, and strategic direction.</li> <li>Define and guide celebrity, ambassador, influencer, and strategic partnership frameworks to ensure cultural relevance and authentic brand expression.</li> <li>Partner cross-functionally with Growth, Product Marketing, Media, and Creative to align brand, media, and performance strategies for maximum impact, while managing brand and production budgets responsibly.<br><br></li> </ul> <p><strong>About You</strong><strong><br></strong>If you’re interested in shaping the future of health by building a culturally resonant, insight-driven brand that influences millions, this role may be for you!</p> <p><strong>You Have</strong></p> <ul> <li>10+ years of experience in brand strategy or brand marketing, including director-level ownership within a high-growth, consumer-facing or digital-first organization.</li> <li>Deep expertise in brand architecture, positioning, and research-driven strategy, with the ability to translate insights into clear, actionable brand direction.</li> <li>A strong track record of leading integrated brand campaigns and managing creative agency partners to deliver high-impact, upper-funnel work.</li> <li>Experience overseeing large-scale creative production and managing brand and talent budgets.</li> <li>Executive presence and exceptional communication skills, with experience presenting strategy and performance to senior leadership.</li> <li>Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders without direct people management responsibility.</li> <li>A sharp s ...
