Doximity is full of exceptional people who bring their own unique experiences to work everyday and make us all better for it!</p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">We are looking for an experienced, motivated, tenacious and resourceful senior-level Salesforce Administrator to add to our growing team.</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">This role can be filled in our San Francisco headquarters or remotely in the US. </span></p> <p><strong>About You:</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">You have an understanding of Salesforce administration and best practices, coupled with development experience/working towards becoming a developer.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">You have knowledge and proficiency on new features and future enhancements to the Salesforce platform.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">You are adept at designing solutions to support short and long term goals and requirements of the account management, marketing, product, and sales teams utilizing commercial, open source and custom-developed software.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">You are familiar with serving in a support role and can concisely and effectively communicate issues, blockers, and other technical items to team members and those you support.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">You have a desire to learn quickly and a positive attitude towards learning and troubleshooting.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">You are self-motivated and able to manage yourself and your time effectively.</span></li> </ul> <p><strong>How You’ll Make an Impact:</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Actively participate in the proper configuration and utilization of the organization's CRM platform. </span></li> <li>Be a subject matter expert ready to craft and develop solutions to ever-changing business needs </li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Create and maintain excellent documentation of processes and solutions.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Participate in team discussions centered on transforming business requirements into system improvements, using best practices, and identifying opportunities for additional improvements</span></li> </ul> <p><strong>What a Successful Candidate will need:</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">5+ years of experience as a Salesforce administrator</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Associates or Bachelor’s degree in business, mathematics, computer science or related field preferred (5+ years of experience will be accepted in lieu of a degree)</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Hands-on application configuration experience with Salesforce, including:</span></li> <ul> <li>Agentforce and Einstein Generative AI</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Flow/Workflows/Process Builder/Approval Processes</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Objects/Fields/Validation Rules</span></li> <li style="fo ...
