<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Design and implement AI-assisted analytics workflows to automate recurring reporting, anomaly detection, and insight generation&#xa0;</li><li>Evaluate, deploy, and scale AI tools across the analytics function to increase team efficiency and stakeholder self-service&#xa0;</li><li>Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from web analytics platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools&#xa0;</li><li>Develop predictive models and forecasts to&#xa0;anticipate&#xa0;marketing performance, traffic trends, and pipeline outcomes&#xa0;</li><li>Build and&#xa0;maintain&#xa0;interactive dashboards in Power BI that track website performance, marketing effectiveness, and lead generation metrics&#xa0;</li><li>Analyze large-scale website and marketing datasets to&#xa0;identify&#xa0;trends,&#xa0;optimize&#xa0;conversion funnels, and uncover opportunities across long B2B sales cycles&#xa0;</li><li>Partner with Marketing, Product, and Sales stakeholders to define KPIs,&#xa0;establish&#xa0;measurement frameworks, and deliver insights that drive decisions&#xa0;</li><li>Apply critical judgment to&#xa0;validate&#xa0;AI-generated insights before stakeholder delivery, ensuring accuracy and business&#xa0;relevance.e&#xa0;</li><li>Collaborate with data engineering teams to improve data pipelines, tracking implementations, and reporting infrastructure.&#xa0;</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p><p>&#xa0;</p> <ul><li>Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry</li><li>Minimum 5+ years of experience in digital analytics, marketing analytics, or business intelligence&#xa0;</li><li>Demonstrated ability to&#xa0;leverage&#xa0;AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) for data analysis, automation, and workflow optimization—including effective prompting, building automated workflows, and evaluating AI solutions at scale&#xa0;</li><li>Advanced SQL&#xa0;proficiency&#xa0;with experience querying large, complex datasets across multiple sources&#xa0;</li><li>Strong&#xa0;expertise&#xa0;in Power BI (or Tableau/Looker), including data modeling and executive-ready visualizations&#xa0;</li><li>Solid understanding of attribution methodologies (MTA, MMM) with ability to interpret model outputs, challenge assumptions, and communicate implications&#xa0;</li><li>Experience with predictive analytics and forecasting techniques to model future performance and inform strategic planning&#xa0;</li><li>Hands-on experience with B2B marketing analytics, including long sales cycles, account-based measurement, and enterprise lead generation&#xa0;</li><li>Experience with web analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) and understanding of website data structures and tracking implementations&#xa0;</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred:</strong>&#xa0;</p><ul><li>Experience building or contributing to marketing attribution models&#xa0;</li><li>Familiarity with Python or R for statistical analysis and automation&#xa0;</li><li>Knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce) and marketing automation systems (Marketo, Eloqua)&#xa0;</li><li>Background in enterprise SaaS or technology industry&#xa0;</li></ul> <p><strong>Work Personas</strong></p><p>We approach our distributed world of work with flexibility and trust.
