<p>As a Head of Account Management, you will lead a team of Account- and Key Account Managers who are empowering restaurants to simplify and scale their operations through restaurant technology.</p>

<h3><strong>What you'll be doing: </strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Lead the Account and Key Account Management team to drive the retention and growth of our accounts ensuring an exceptional level of customer experience</li>
<li>Manage the overall pipeline of new and existing customers joining the platform.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the Head of Direct Sales to ensure the handover process from deal to partnership is as smooth and effective as possible.</li>
<li>Refine and optimize current processes including all tools used to connect and maintain customer relationships.</li>
<li>Hire, coach, and develop a team of high performing Account Managers</li>
<li>Develop each team member to increase adoption of the platform and payments across existing customers.</li>
<li>Ensuring clear communications between the rest of the sales team - Collaborate with the team to ensure Setup checklists are completed and customers are handed over properly.</li>
<li>Continue to grow the customer base through up- and cross selling opportunities by looking at market opportunities and developing our team to effectively provide solutions to our existing customer base.</li>
<li>Ensure the team exceeds its monthly MRR and KPI targets.</li>
<li>Analyze sales forecasts, call volume and pipelines for overall team and individuals.</li>
<li>Develop and hire team members for current and future opportunities.</li>
<li>Listen to calls and demonstrations and provide feedback to the team.</li>
<li>Creating new strategies to help grow revenue streams for the Account Management team</li>
<li>Manage high level deals with large organizations as well as well known brands.</li>
</ul>

<h3>What you'll bring to the team: </h3>
<ul>
<li>Extensive experience in a relevant Account Management team leadership role with a bias towards coaching and development to get the best out of people</li>
<li>Relevant work experience in an industry like software sales, e-commerce, cloud applications, technology, retail or hospitality, IT solutions, SaaS, or POS.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to lead a group towards common goals and enable them to deliver results</li>
</ul>
