You will qualify leads, build relationships with prospective customers, network with partners, and generate new opportunities for BILL Direct Sales channel. Business Development Reps who consistently meet and exceed their sales targets will be considered for exciting career expansion opportunities within our growing organization. This position reports to the Business Development Manager in the Direct Sales channel.</p> <p><strong>We’d love to chat if you:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Feel confident engaging with both outbound and marketing-sourced leads to schedule high-quality demos and discovery calls for our Account Executives</li> <li>Enjoy the art of creative prospecting using tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach</li> <li>Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment—making 80+ outbound calls each day is just part of your rhythm</li> <li>Excel at managing multiple prospects across different stages of the sales cycle through a mix of calls, emails, texts, and social outreach</li> <li>Take initiative in learning and mastering BILL’s product suite and value proposition</li> <li>Consistently meet—and aim to exceed—weekly and monthly KPIs including call volume (80+ outbound calls per day), meetings booked, opportunities created, and deals influenced</li> <li>Embrace a collaborative, team-first culture where daily huddles are an opportunity to align on goals and celebrate wins</li> <li>Are resilient, adaptable, and a strong communicator—especially when navigating objections and turning challenges into opportunities</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><em>Visa Sponsorship:  Please note that this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
